Do you use your products and vacuum or mine?

We bring all of our own products and vacuums. The only thing we'll need from you is hot, running water and electricity!

Are the services enumerated on the checklist performed during every visit, or are they something

“extra?”

Checklist services are performed during every Surface Clean.

For Deep Cleans, we have noted on the quote what that also entails.

Deep Cleans include everything on the checklist sent plus the Deep Cleaning tasks listed on the quote.

How do you clean the walls as listed in your quote?

We begin by vacuuming the walls. If there are smudges or splatter, we take a damp Norwex

Envirocloth to the soiled area. If that does not remove the stain, we use a microfiber cloth with Norwex

Cleaning Paste, which is essentially a mixture of coconut oil and baking soda that performs comparably to

Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser without the harsh chemicals and odor.

Are the windows cleaned inside and out?

The inside and outside of all windows that we can safely reach will be cleaned. We have several

techniques for cleaning hard-to-reach areas including use of a step ladder, extension hoses on our

handheld steamer, and safely unlatching windows to clean the outside panes from inside your home. We

also maintain the exterior trim when the weather allows.

Are the products you use safe on “real” hardwood floors?

Absolutely! We begin with a damp, soft Norwex pad and Dr Bonner’s soap. The pad is then switched out

for a dry, soft Norwex pad and the floor is sprayed with Melaleuca Clean and Gleam before being gone

over with the dry pad once more. We then use a floor steamer for a shiny finished product.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash, Check, Venmo (@Nika-Kendall)

Do you use your products and vacuum or mine?

We bring all of our own products and vacuums. The only thing we'll need from you is hot, running water and electricity!

Will you add on services after consultation? How is this charged?

Yes, 48 hour notice is requested for any services not agreed upon in consultation

Are all your employees specifically trained and background checks provided?

Yes, all our employees are provided with training where they shadow a senior cleaner. All employees have complete backround checks completed prior to hire.

Do you accept tips?

Tips are not expected but greatly appreciated!

Please read over Cancellation Policy and communicate rescheduling or cancellations in timely manner to Green Sweep

• All cancellations within 36 hours of scheduled service will be subject to 25% cancellation fee
  
• All cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• If Green Sweep employee is unable to gain access to the home or cancellation is requested within 1 hour of scheduled cleaning , 100% of service will be due
• Clients will be able to reschedule within 1 week of scheduled service pending staff availability with a flat fee of $30
  
• Client will not be able to schedule next service until all fees and balances due are paid in full
• All existing and new clients will be required to sign Green Sweep Agreement prior to services being rendered.
